HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order at Naturesmartshop.com is easy. You're done in just a few simple steps. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact us.

  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your details.
  4. Review your order.
  5. Complete your payment.

You’ll receive a confirmation email within the hour.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

All products listed on our website are in stock. This means that all paid orders placed before 4:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same day and, in most cases, delivered the next day—within the Netherlands only.

In the rare case that an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you directly to inform you and discuss the next steps.

Do you work during the day and want to make sure you don’t miss your delivery? You can adjust your delivery appointment via the Track & Trace link, either to choose a later delivery time or to redirect your parcel to a nearby pickup point. You will receive the Track & Trace link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ONLINE SHOP?

iDEAL is the most widely used online payment method in the Netherlands—and for good reason. It’s safe, fast, and available to anyone with access to online banking. iDEAL payments take place in your own secure online banking environment.

If you wish to use this method, simply select ‘iDEAL’ on our checkout page. After a successful payment, you will be redirected back to our website and your order will be confirmed. We receive an instant notification and will immediately begin processing your order.

Bancontact
Bancontact allows customers in Belgium to pay easily, securely, and reliably through their own bank’s online banking environment. It’s a trusted payment method for those with a Belgian bank account.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

It can happen that you accidentally order the wrong item or realize later that you no longer need it. In such cases, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we can often still modify or cancel it.

If the shipment has already been dispatched, different conditions apply. Unfortunately, fresh or perishable products cannot be returned once shipped.

WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, you will automatically receive a digital invoice by email after completing your order. The invoice includes all relevant details, such as product descriptions, quantities, pricing, VAT (if applicable), and your order number.
