This ultra-thin infrared heating mat provides safe and even heat distribution. It gently warms your grow kit or substrate, helping to maintain biological activity in the growing medium during colder months. By improving the climate conditions, it can support a more stable environment and potentially increase yield.

Infrared heating works efficiently by warming surfaces directly rather than wasting energy heating the surrounding air.

Instructions for Use

Avoid direct contact between the heating mat and your grow kit.

1. Place a double-folded towel or cloth on top of the heating mat.
2. Position the plastic grow bag containing the grow kit on the towel or on suitable coasters.
3. Turn the heating mat on.
4. After two days, switch the heating mat off and wait until pinheads appear (usually within 5–10 days).
5. Once pinheads are visible, turn the heating mat back on and slightly open the top of the bag to allow excess moisture to evaporate.

Creating a Safe Buffer

To slightly elevate your grow kit from the heating mat, you can use:

• A folded towel or dishcloth – placed between the mat and the grow kit.
• Coasters (cork or wood) – to ensure there is always a buffer between the heat source and the kit.

Important:
The grow kit must remain stable and upright at all times. Never allow direct contact with the heating surface.
