Use

It is recommended to start with a small amount, e.g. half a teaspoon per day, to see how your body reacts. You can gradually increase the dosage to a maximum of 2 teaspoons a day, depending on your individual needs and the manufacturer’s recommendations. You can mix reishi powder with warm water to make a simple tea. Add the powder to the water and stir well. Let it steep for a few minutes and then drink it. You can also add the powder to smoothies, juices, coffee or tea. It has a slightly bitter taste, so you can add honey or another sweetener to enhance the flavour. Reishi powder can also be used as an ingredient in meals.
