Munay Blue Lotus Extract is a concentrated full-spectrum extract made from the flowers of Nymphaea caerulea. This liquid extract is prepared using blue lotus flowers, purified water, and alcohol (50%). The liquid form makes it easy to measure and convenient to add to water, tea, or other beverages.

Unlike traditional tinctures, this product is produced using ultrasound-assisted extraction. This method helps create a concentrated botanical extract while preserving the natural characteristics of the plant.

Traditional Use

Blue Lotus, also known as Nymphaea caerulea, is an aquatic plant that originates from regions of Egypt and other parts of Africa and Asia. The plant has been known for thousands of years and has been associated with traditional practices and cultural rituals.

In ancient Egypt, blue lotus was often depicted in artwork and hieroglyphs and was connected to symbolism and ceremonial traditions.

Production Process

The blue lotus flowers are extracted using ultrasound technology under carefully controlled conditions where temperatures remain below 38°C. After extraction, the liquid is gently concentrated at ambient temperatures to help preserve the natural plant compounds.

This full-spectrum extract contains 50% alcohol, which contributes to product stability and shelf life.

Each liter of extract is produced using approximately 1 kilogram of dried blue lotus flowers.
